Chad J. Rulo is the Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Rulo celebrates a diverse business acumen, successfully investing in and conducting operations both domestically and abroad. Chad served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer, where he coordinated and oversaw multiple successful operations spanning two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Most recently, prior to working with First Rate, Chad managed a non-profit organization that focused on providing social services to those experiencing homelessness in the mid-western region of the United States. Utilizing his experience in managing a multi-faceted and diverse portfolio of businesses and ventures, Chad brings an intense focus to organizational structure, operational efficiency, and dynamic team management. In his off-time, Chad enjoys time with his beautiful family, the great outdoors, and pursuing knowledge across multiple industries. Lastly, Chad is dedicated to making First Rate Field Services an industry leader by ensuring the highest quality of service and product through robust innovation and maintaining a “success always attitude.”
