Mark Klein is the Chief Executive Officer, President, and founder of First Rate Field Services. He started the company in December of 2009 and since then has created an innovative field services company that has surpassed every goal year after year. He started First Rate as a boots on the ground shop with just a couple of employees; now, Mark makes it a priority to hire military veterans and promotes a diverse workplace. Mark lives his life by the motto “Be the Best” and instills that into his staff and company. Good leadership is important to Mark, and he has ensured that those who help him run First Rate are at the top of the game when it comes to ensuring that his staff is trained and led by great people. One of the most important pieces about what defines Mark as an individual is that he cares deeply about his country and local community. This mentality as well as adding a fresh coat of paint to the industry has helped to form the First Rate motto “A New Generation of Preservation.”
